Personal Constitution and Fear
What a week, I feel like I had so much on my mind with everything we spoke about it was hard to grasp at first. This week we finished reaching The Ministry of Business by Steven A Hitz and James W Ritchie. I really enjoyed read this book, and hope one day I can be more like them.
We were asked to sit down and write a Personal Constitution. This document is to help you guide your life. “It provides a way to think about the type of person you’d like to become and then map out how you’ll become that person.” This document is to help you guide your life. “It provides a way to think about the type of person you’d like to become and then map out how you’ll become that person.” Some of the things that I listed were:
It was also good to sit down and come up with long term and short term goals. I felt good after writing it. I know things will change and this is just a rough draft, but it is a piece of work.
The other things we spoke about this week was fear. I am not going to lie, I have a lot of unnecessary fear in my life. Most of it is revolved around failing. I am so scared of failing at everything I do, it makes a huge impact in how I live my life. This was a great lesson, because it taught me that my fear is all controllable and I can handle anything that comes my way.

·
I am like the Savior. I live my life the way that he did. I am forgiving of
others as he is. I will return to our Heavenly Father one day the way he did.
·
I am happy. I live my life to the fullest, I cherish every moment
with my family. I take every opportunity to smile.
·
I am grateful. Gratitude in all things makes life worth living. When I give Heavenly
Father gratitude for the things he has blessed me with he will bless me more in
my life.
·
I am charitable and service oriented. Charity is the pure love of Christ.
When we are in service of our fellow beings we are in the service of our God. Giving
service is one of the most rewarding things. I am driven by service and always
one to step up when something is needed.
·
I am honest. I am honest in my daily doings and with my fellow man.
